Calendar Card Personalization
Calendar cards include up to 4 lines of imprinting. We recommend no more than 50 letters, spaces, and punctuation marks per line. Logos and additional lines are also available for an extra charge. If a phone number is to be included when imprinting, please include it when filling out imprint information.
Please print clearly. Enfield Stationers is not responsible for customer error. Note: Your company name will always be the largest line of type.

Methods of Payment
Save! Enclose a check of money order for the full amount, made payable to Enfield Stationers, and we will pay FedEx Ground shipping charges!
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express must have complete number, valid expiration date, and signature of card holder. Charge customers must pay all shipping and handling costs. Please print your daytime phone number.
"Bill Me's" are accepted on orders over $200. Buyers must provide a bank reference including bank name, account number, and bank phone number and address. You must also include your daytime phone number, fax number, and authorized signature. Terms on "Bill Me" orders are Net 30 Days from invoice date.
No "Bill Me" Orders Accepted After November 9, 2010. If you would like a purchase order referenced on your invoice, write the number in the space provided. "Bil Me" customers pay all shipping and handling costs.
Logos
Logo orders must be accompanied by clear black & white art. Photocopies, raised print, or non blank-on-white submissions are not suitable for reproduction. Any design work or touch-ups will result in an extra charge. For email or electronic submissions, please call 1-800-616-1411 and request specifications. We cannot accept company artwork via fax.
Express Shipping
Express service is only available to street addresses—not APO, FPO, or PO boxes nor Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Enfield Stationers will be happy to provide overnight or second-day air shipping at your request. Please call for prices.
If you enclose a check or money order, we will pay for normal ground shipping charges. You must add the difference between the cost of ground and express shipping to your check. If you elect to be billed for your order, or charge your order to a credit card, all shipping and handling charges will be added to your sales order. You must include a daytime phone number.
Envelope Imprinting
One blank envelope is included with each calendar card ordered. Envelopes may be personalized with your name and address (up to three lines on the back flap of the envelope) in black ink. To order, take the item number of your calendar card and add the letter "E" to create the envelope imprint item number.
For example, for the Tropical Calendar, item number 3001, the imprinted envelope item number would be 3001E. Add a $5.00 setup charge plus 5¢ per envelope for imprinting (minimum of 50 envelopes). Price includes up to three lines of imprinting with up to 30 letters, spaces, and punctuation per line.
Shipping
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground service. FedEx Ground only delivers to street addresses. Please provide a physical address where the order is to be delivered. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands are shipped via regular mail. Please place your order All APO, FPO, and PO Boxes are shipped regular mail. Please place your order accordingly to allow for timely delivery. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your order.
